Neva is currently in her second foster care placement. She is a resilient, funny, and outgoing child. Neva loves the color pink and enjoys spending time with her siblings and cousins. Additionally, she delights in going down to the creek to swim with her family.

Neva dreams of having a hoverboard to enjoy her weekends zooming around the driveway. She loves the thrill of moving fast and feels that her bike just doesn’t provide the excitement she craves. The opportunity to own a hoverboard would bring her endless joy and adventure.
