Atlas is a thoughtful young person who entered the foster care system at age 15 after fleeing domestic and gang violence in Guatemala. They have faced more hardship in their young life, yet they continue to move forward with quiet strength and determination. As a nonbinary individual navigating homelessness, Atlas is doing everything they can to stay safe, hopeful, and grounded while they wait for stable housing.

Atlas needs sneakers to have safe, comfortable footwear that can support them as they walk and move around daily. Good sneakers will help protect their feet, provide stability, and make it easier to get to appointments, work, or other important places while they’re experiencing homelessness.
