Madison is the oldest of her two younger siblings. They reside in a relative resource home with their maternal grandparents. Madison is parentified and assumes additional responsibility in caring for her younger siblings. She is often overwhelmed with managing her own life and responsibilities at home. Despite these challenges, Madison is resilient and determined to have a successful future. She is a member of the DCF youth council and has dreams of becoming the DCF State Commissioner in the future. Madison is employed at a local horse farm where she began lessons horseback riding lessons with the help of the Division. Madison is focused on her goals to make a difference in the lives of youth in and out of the community. She is on the right path toward achieving her goals and supporting others in achieving theirs.

Madison has previously been employed but took a break from work to focus on her full-time studies at Ocean County College. She is now looking for a part-time job to earn her own money. A gas gift card would help Madison commute to school and work without having to ask her grandparents for money or feeling overwhelmed while trying to support herself and assist her grandparents.
