Children, Youth and Families DepartmentRyan recently experienced a change in his living situation after aging out of the foster care system. He was previously living with relatives, but due to his developmental delays, they were no longer able to provide the level of care he needs. Ryan has since moved closer to his biological mother so he can access additional services and support to help him build the skills needed for independent living. In his free time, Ryan enjoys writing music and dreams of one day creating and sharing his own songs. He is also motivated to attend college so he can further explore his passions and continue working toward his goals.
Ryan really wants to get a laptop because it would help him explore his interests. He’s interested in learning more about police work and is thinking about going to college for that. He also loves music and wants to learn how to create his own songs. Ryan is naturally curious about how things work and enjoys sharing what he knows with others. Having his own computer will help him dig into the details, learning more about everything!
