Sam has spent several years in the foster care system and has faced many hardships throughout his life. Sam is a very smart and funny kid. He enjoys both video and board games, specifically Minecraft. He is a wiz at card games, especially Phase 10. Sam and his current foster home are looking to expand his interests and hobbies by trying new things and attending new community programs.

Sam is struggling with anger management and needs a healthy outlet for his emotions. As the middle child of three, he has often been targeted by family backlash. Now that he is adjusting to life in a foster home, it is crucial for him to have safe ways to cope with his feelings. Learning about boxing and having access to a punching bag will provide him with constructive means to regulate his emotions. When he feels anger or rage, he can use the punching bag to work through those feelings.
