Shelly is a mother of two living in a rural area of Utah. She spent eight years in foster care before aging out of the system. Shelly has a toddler and recently welcomed her second baby, who was born with a disability. In her free time, she loves spending time with children, caring for horses, and cooking.

Shelly's little one has had some health complications, and she has to drive back and forth to the hospital. She is requesting a gas card to alleviate the stress of paying for gas, as she is currently unemployed. Granting this wish would truly be appreciated. This request has been split into two wishes.
