Jubal is a vibrant ball of energy who is a spark of joy and the life of the party. She was born with drugs in her system and has done a great job learning, growing, and thriving in life! She is a fireball and quick-witted, and she always has a joke up her sleeve. Jubal is a joy in her family's home and is a great big (and little) sister. Although Jubal has been through a lot in her short time on this earth, she has continued to prove that she is strong and resilient.

Jubal dreams of having a giant stuffed elephant. She loves elephants because they're so big and amazing, and she often wonders how they grow that large! To her, a big stuffed elephant would not only be fun but also provide comfort on scary nights. Jubal has faced many challenges in the foster care system, and bedtime can be tough for her. A giant, soft elephant to cuddle with would help her feel safe and secure when she needs it the most.
