Jubal is a vibrant ball of energy who is a spark of joy and the life of the party. She was born with drugs in her system and has done a great job learning, growing, and thriving in life! She is a fireball and quick-witted, and she always has a joke up her sleeve. Jubal is a joy in her family's home and is a great big (and little) sister. Although Jubal has been through a lot in her short time on this earth, she has continued to prove that she is strong and resilient.

Jubal loves watching movies—it’s one of her favorite ways to relax and escape into a different world. She especially enjoys heartwarming stories and anything with animals, adventure, or a bit of magic. Her experience in the foster care system has helped her appreciate the little things, like getting to go to the movies with people she cares about. Being able to sit back, enjoy popcorn, and dive into a fun story on the big screen is something she looks forward to and treasures deeply.
