Ben is a very outgoing, silly, and rambunctious boy who loves to spend his time with his older sister. He was recently placed in a home with his older sister, and it has become very apparent that they are inseparable. He loves spending time with his foster family's dogs and is often spotted giving them big hugs. Ben is a walking ray of sunshine and anyone who meets him is better for it.

Ben has been using another child's tablet at the foster placement, and while this arrangement was working well, the other child is now starting to struggle with sharing her belongings with the other children in the home. Providing Ben with his own tablet would enable him to enjoy educational games and watch Mrs. Rachel, while also giving the biological daughter something that is solely hers. This change would benefit both children and help alleviate some of the sharing challenges they are currently facing.
