Tiff is an amazingly hard working mom of four beautiful children. She has put so much effort into being the parent she wanted growing up. She loves to make them feel special and encourage them to build their confidence. Tiff has a passion for learning new things and enjoys reading books that help her grow. Her love of helping others and giving back shines through in the work she does for Mary Kay, helping women to overcome their own challenges and reminding them they are beautiful and worth it.

Tiff is preparing for a busy back-to-school season with three kids entering new grades: a kindergartener, a 5th grader, and a 7th grader. This request focuses on her middle child, who is about to start 5th grade. He is at that in-between age—growing quickly, full of energy, and beginning to care more about his appearance and comfort. Tiff needs help obtaining the clothes and supplies he needs to feel confident and ready for the new school year. With so much to prepare for all three children, this support would make a significant difference for her family. This wish has been divided up so that Tiff's middle schooler can get what he needs.
