Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is a strong little boy whose will and determination give him the ability to thrive. Despite his physical limitations, every day he works hard to make progress. Jac will be returning to school in August, but he has outgrown all of his clothing and is in need of shirts that will fit him properly. Having new shirts will make him feel comfortable while taking part in his daily activities at school.
