KFS&CJac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.
Jac's mother is facing financial difficulties that have made it hard for her to buy new clothes for Jac and his brother. Since school is starting soon and Jac has outgrown all his clothes, he needs a few pairs of pants that can fit over his cast. Having new pants will help him stay comfortable while playing and getting around at school.
