Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is a brave little boy who does not let his physical disabilities stop him from being a part of the team. Everyday he works extra hard just to be on the same level as his peers. Jac recently had a growth spurt and is in need of sneakers for school. New sneakers would help him feel confident as well as comfortable as he begins the new school year.
