Seleyah is a fun loving, spunky, and sassy kid. She is one of four siblings who all love each other very much. Seleyah is very loving, loves being held, and snuggling. She was put in foster care due to her parents' inappropriately disciplining her and her siblings. Seleyah loves doing girly things with her sister and is her little sister's biggest role model! She is interested in learning and dancing. Seleyah and her foster parents have dance parties and sing to each other.

Seleyah's foster parents would like to get her a kids' tablet specifically for educational purposes. Since she struggles with speech, they believe the tablet could help her learn through speech and educational games. With preschool starting in the fall, they want her to have the chance to learn a few important skills beforehand. They emphasize that the tablet should only be used for educational content and not for random games. This particular tablet would be a perfect fit for Seleyah since her favorite colors are pink and purple.
