Anna is a quiet and reserved teenager, having been homeschooled by her mother for most of her life. Anna was placed in foster care after her father passed away, and she was removed from her mother's care due to neglect. She is currently placed with her aunt and uncle, who support her and encourage her to try new things. Anna enjoys singing, and her foster parents are also encouraging her to participate in sports.

Anna is feeling nervous about starting middle school. She hasn't attended public school for several years, so she feels a bit behind. On top of that, she's been dealing with the challenges of her foster care situation. Although she enjoys living with her aunt and uncle, she still struggles with finding a sense of belonging. To help boost her confidence among her peers, Anna has been wanting a cool pair of Adidas shoes that match her personality. She's been talking about these shoes for a couple of months and would really love to have them for her first day of school.
