Leon was taken from his home due to neglect. His mother was using drugs, and the children often had to go to a neighbor to ask for food, as there was none in the house. Leon is a bit shy and has experienced bullying at school. He discovered a sport he loves: football. He feels like he can truly be himself when playing football.

Leon is a shy person who has been exploring his interests to figure out what he genuinely enjoys, rather than simply going along with what others like. He has discovered a passion for football, and in order to fully participate in the sport and give it his best effort, he really wants a pair of cleats.
