Octavia is a laid-back, caring, and gentle young woman who has been in the custody of the Missouri Children's Division since December 2019. She is a single parent working full-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a hospital in St. Joseph. Octavia is an outstanding mother who always prioritizes her daughter's needs above her own. Outside of the Children's Division, Octavia has a very limited support system for herself and her daughter, as neither her family nor the father of her baby offers any support. In her free time, she enjoys music, video games, and spending quality time with her daughter.

Octavia recently moved into her first apartment with her daughter. She brought very few kitchen items and lacks proper storage for them. Currently, she has her microwave placed on top of her fridge because she has nowhere else to put it. To help organize her kitchen, Octavia would like a small coffee cart similar to the one shown below. This cart would provide a space to store her microwave, toaster, and other kitchen items.
