MO DSS Children's Division - Cass CountyOctavia is a laid-back, caring, and gentle young woman who has been in the custody of the Missouri Children's Division since December 2019. She is a single parent working full-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a hospital in St. Joseph. Octavia is an outstanding mother who always prioritizes her daughter's needs above her own. Outside of the Children's Division, Octavia has a very limited support system for herself and her daughter, as neither her family nor the father of her baby offers any support. In her free time, she enjoys music, video games, and spending quality time with her daughter.
Octavia loves watching TV with her 5-year-old daughter. They just moved into a new apartment and have to keep their TV on the floor for now. Octavia wants a TV stand so they can watch at eye level and enjoy their shows more comfortably.
