Rosie is a sweet and snuggly little bundle of joy who feels safest when wrapped in warmth and love. Though her world is just beginning, her wide-eyed wonder and contented coos show a budding personality full of softness and charm. Rosie’s love for being held close reflects her need for comfort and security as she grows.

Now in a new foster home, Rosie is discovering the world alongside her siblings and foster family. She wishes for a life jacket of her own so she can safely join in on boat rides and family outings near the water. Though she’s still very young, being part of these special moments helps Rosie feel included, cared for, and connected. A properly fitting life jacket would not only keep her safe, but also give her a sense of comfort and security as she begins to explore her surroundings with the people who love her.
