WA DCYF - Aberdeen CountyVictor loves to be outside. He enjoys playing sports and fishing. When the weather does not permit him to go outside he Victor enjoys putting things together. One of his dreams is to be able to go hunting in the future.
Victor is soon going to be adopted. His brother has already been adopted, and when that happened, he received a copy of "Oh, the Places You'll Go" for everyone who helped him during his foster care journey. Victor likes this idea, so he is requesting a copy of "Oh, the Places You'll Go" for everyone who has supported him on his own journey through foster care.
