Therapeutic Interagency ProgramHovah has been in and out of Children's Services custody since her birth due to concerns about domestic violence between her parents. This instability has made it difficult for her to feel secure and establish a routine in any of her placements before being moved again, either to a new relative or back to her parents' care. Hovah loves to draw and paint, and she enjoys watching Disney Channel movies like *Descendants* and *Zombies*. She dreams of one day singing on stage!
Hovah is very excited to start kindergarten this year. She was supposed to begin last year, but had to change homes at the beginning of the year and was unable to continue. This year, she is thrilled to finally have the opportunity to complete the entire kindergarten program. She looks forward to making new friends and learning many great things.
