Zarae was removed from her home due to deplorable conditions, substance use by her parents, and domestic violence. Despite her young age, she is a warrior who has learned to fend for herself and meet her needs. Sometimes, she fights a little too aggressively, which can lead to trouble. However, if she can practice using her strength for good, she has great potential for the future. Zarae loves to pretend to be different animals and enjoys fighting imaginary bad guys with her brothers.

Zarae will be so excited to have a new backpack for school this year! She was recently removed from her home due to domestic violence and substance abuse, and she is adjusting to her new home. She is learning some coping strategies that she can use when she is angry to help her without being aggressive, so that she will be ready for kindergarten next year. She picked out this fun Minnie Mouse bag and can't wait to show it off!
