A Greater HopePhoebe is a sweet girl in foster care. She has a big personality. She is the youngest member of her family, but she is a future leader. She enjoys leading her siblings and having a say in what games they will play. Phoebe enjoys watching Barney and listening to music on YouTube. Phoebe is very close to being adopted by her family.
Phoebe would be thrilled to receive a new Barney stuffed animal. She loves watching reruns of Barney and singing along with him. A new Barney toy would be a wonderful surprise for her. Phoebe has had a long journey, and this gift would help her complete her transition from foster care to adoption.
