He loves being rocked and held, and he really enjoys watching Ms. Rachel on TV; he adores her voice! Due to neglect even before he was born, Jarrod is delayed in sitting up on his own and in walking or crawling. However, he can laugh with the best of them and is simply a joy to be around.
Jarrod has some developmental delays that have affected his progress with milestones. His grandmother believes that a walking toy will help him gain control, stability, and give him a little extra support as he learns to walk and stand on his own. Getting a G-Wagon walking toy car with a handle for his birthday with help with his development while having fun!
