Jarrod is such a sweet little guy who lives with his grandmother. He loves being rocked and held, and he really enjoys watching Ms. Rachel on TV; he adores her voice! Due to neglect even before he was born, Jarrod is delayed in sitting up on his own and in walking or crawling. However, he can laugh with the best of them and is simply a joy to be around.
