Dezirae is a sweet, kind young lady who aged out of foster care. She has big plans for her future including opening a Residential Treatment Center for other foster youth. She recently enrolled in college to work towards this dream.

Dezirae has lived a life in and out of foster homes and group homes. She struggles with regulating her emotions, but one thing that can always put her in a calm space is sitting down with a good book. Dezirae's books are her prized possessions, and for her birthday, she wants to go on a shopping trip to purchase new books to add to her collection. This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a great shopping trip! This is wish 2 of 2.
