Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance was born premature and spent some time in the hospital before being placed in foster care. Currently, Torrance relies on oxygen and a feeding tube. To make it easier for Torrance to explore the community, a backpack for his oxygen would be really helpful. His foster parents can easily carry the backpack on their shoulders or keep it inside Torrance's stroller for easy access.
