Alexa is an independent teenager girl who has been caring for herself for over a year now after experiencing homelessness. Alexa is strong willed, courageous, and has a strength that many children do not have. She is resourceful, kind and gentle soul who wants to help others. Alexa did not attend school due to her lack of housing but since in Division custody, Alexa has expressed that she wants to be in school, attend prom and do things that other kids her age. Alexa is deserving of so much more than she has received in life and she rarely asks for anything. She would be so grateful for this opportunity to learn a new and valuable life skill.

Alexa needs a backpack for the upcoming school year. She likes to be organized and wants everything prepared in advance. This cool blue bag will help her feel proud as she walks the halls this fall!
