Preferred Family HealthcareAlydia is a young woman who you can see is facing significant struggles in her daily life. She battles severe mental health issues and is currently living in an assisted living DMH home. Despite her challenges and battle scars, she holds on to her big dreams of becoming a NICU nurse in the future, after she finishes her GED.
After years of moving in and out of residential facilities and mental health homes, Alydia is now stable enough to complete her high school education and obtain her GED. She hopes to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse in the future. This laptop will provide her with the opportunity to work on her GED this fall while in a supportive environment, where the on-site staff are willing to help her achieve her goals.
