Now ready to embrace independence and continue her journey as a strong community advocate, Sophie has found a new home.

Sophie has recently secured safe housing, but a recent accident has significantly restricted her mobility, making it difficult for her to manage the physical demands of moving on her own. Since she does not drive, she had intended to take on extra shifts to cover the cost of hiring movers; however, her current condition prevents her from doing so. The support will allow her to hire movers, ensuring a safe and stable transition as she begins this next chapter of her life.
