Breezy is a strong and resilient young adult who has faced many challenges while in care. His experiences have shaped him into someone who has a natural tendency to help others. Breezy desires a better life for himself, one that includes stability and purpose. Now that he has aged out of foster care and is approaching twenty-one, he cherishes spending time with his sister and best friend.

Breezy lives thirty minutes away from the nearest bus stop, which makes it challenging for him to get around, especially in the heat. Without a bike or scooter, his options are limited. Currently, his budget only covers essential expenses like rent and food, leaving little room for transportation. Breezy wishes for an electric scooter, allowing him to have better transportation, which would greatly help Him get around more easily and stay connected with his support network.
