Elias is a sweet young boy who is curious and loves to play at the park. After spending some time in foster care, he was reunited with his mother. Unfortunately, she became incarcerated, so Elias was brought back to live with his father, who now has full custody of him. Despite the tough situations he has faced, Elias is doing well now. He is making new friends and enjoying time with his younger sister. His interests include cars, Spiderman, and reading.

Elias lost many of his clothes when he moved from foster care to living with his mother and then again when he relocated to live with his father. When he joined his dad, he only had the clothes on his back, a pack of diapers, and a sippy cup. While his father managed to buy the essentials for Elias, he still needs more clothing and sneakers to prepare for school. This wish is split into two parts. This is wish 2 of 2.
