Jesus has overcome more than many others his age. He entered the foster system at just 7 years old and grew up in a small town where life was often difficult. Witnessing violence at a young age left him with lasting trauma, but Jesus has demonstrated remarkable strength and resilience in addressing it. He finds peace and focus by staying active, especially in the gym, where boxing and working with the punching bag help him channel his energy in a positive way. Jesus is a fighter in every sense of the word, and his journey is just beginning.

Jesus wishes for a Nike gift card because it means more than just buying clothes or shoes. Growing up in the foster system, he often had to wear whatever was available, which made him feel ignored and mocked by other kids. As he graduates from high school and focuses on personal growth, the gym and boxing help him heal from his past. A Nike gift card would allow him to get good-quality workout gear that is comfortable and his own. This would boost his confidence and support him as he works towards a better future.
