In her free time, Marissa enjoys cooking healthy recipes, journaling, and spending time in nature, all of which contribute to her wellness journey. She is determined to break cycles and build a healthier future for herself while learning to prioritize her own health and goals. Marissa is requesting a juicer because she is working hard to improve her health and overall well-being. With limited access to fresh and nutritious meals during her time in foster care, she’s now focused on nourishing her body and creating better habits. A juicer would allow her to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into her daily routine, support her immune system, and maintain her energy levels as she works toward her goals in school and life.
