Aleesha is a multimedia artist, public speaker, and advocate dedicated to amplifying the voices of young people. She is committed to using her artistry to highlight the stories that are often left in the shadows. In addition to her impactful advocacy work, Aleesha engages in art, research, and public speaking and works with children to break down barriers, challenge societal norms, and create spaces for marginalized voices to be heard. She receives support services from Foster Advocates.

Aleesha has just moved into her very first apartment after facing significant challenges, including having her identity stolen, which set her back considerably. She spent a lot of time and resources trying to resolve the fraud situation, leaving her with very little to furnish her new place. Aleesha would appreciate help with purchasing cozy bar stools for her kitchen and dining room to create a welcoming atmosphere for socializing with her daughter and friends over meals. It would truly mean the world to her as she aims to make this space feel like home for herself and her baby.
