Rosie hasn't seen her little sister in five years. Although Rosie has aged out of foster care, her sister is still in the system. With her sister's 11th birthday approaching on August 29, Rosie has a visit planned to celebrate. She dreams of taking her sister to Target for a special shopping trip, but Rosie is currently unemployed and can't afford it. Granting this wish would not only make their reunion memorable but also help them bond after so many years apart. This simple gesture could mean the world to them both.
