Edgar is a bright young man who aged out of the foster care system and enjoys spending time with his friends. He is incredibly determined, thoughtful, and perseverant.

Edgar's car is currently in the shop, and he needs some help. He would greatly appreciate assistance with purchasing a tool to work on his motorcycle handlebars. This will allow him to ride his bike while he waits on his car repairs.
