Willie has been in foster care since birth due to neglect and exposure to substances. At this time, it is unknown whether he has any siblings or if he will reunite with his biological family or transition to a permanent home. However, Willie has developed a loving bond with his current resource family. He is a happy and energetic baby who has brought immense joy to their lives.

Willie is an energetic infant who is starting to develop his fine motor skills. He shows a strong desire to use his leg muscles, as he often asks his resource parents to hold him up while he attempts to move his legs as if he were walking. Because of his young age, this activity is somewhat limited, which makes Willie fussy. A baby jumper would provide him with a safe space to strengthen his leg muscles, improve his balance and coordination, and offer sensory stimulation for his brain.
