Each year more than 500,000 kids in the United States spend time in the foster care system due to abuse, neglect and trauma that no child should ever have to endure. But these children are just like every child - with dreams, hopes and wishes that they'd love to see come true!

While shopping for backpacks for an event, we ran into two amazing individuals who needed backpacks for the upcoming year. One is starting medical school in a few days, and the other has a 4-year-old son who is starting school in a few weeks.
