Gina is a motivated young woman in foster care who values her independence. She is working hard to improve her life for both herself and her child. She is determined to overcome the challenges that led to her entering foster care. Gina receives support from the Department of Social Services Children’s Division.

Gina has had a difficult time in foster care and is hoping to be able to turn her life around. After many placement moves and pregnancy, she is behind in high school credits. Gina would like to complete high school through an online school so that she can get caught up while continuing to care for her child and, in turn, provide a promising future for them both.
