Over the years in foster care, Victor has experienced several transitions before finding a supportive home that hopes to adopt him and provide the stability he deserves. Victor is an avid athlete who loves baseball, basketball, swimming, and football. Beyond his athleticism, he’s also incredibly caring and often takes the initiative to help care for the younger children in his foster home. His generous spirit and positive attitude make him a joy to be around.
