Although Thomas has limited support, he depends on his caseworkers to help him navigate the next steps toward independence.

Thomas has been relying on city transportation to get around, which has been challenging due to frequent moves. Despite these difficulties, he has managed to secure three different jobs independently. However, since he is not yet of driving age, Thomas has faced transportation issues that have made it hard for him to keep up with his scheduled training sessions. He is requesting a scooter, which will allow him to travel to and from work independently. Not only would it solve his transportation challenges, but it would also give him the opportunity to explore his independence.
