Haylyn is a silly young lady who is always happy and on the move. Haylyn has the cutest raspy laugh and puts a smile on everyone's face. Haylyn was put into an emergency placement from the hospital with a resource family and remains there.

Haylyn might be too young to fully enjoy the outdoor festivities and collect candy from others, but she can still have a spooktacular Halloween! With a special bag of spooky Oreo cookies just for her, she can join in on the fun and have her own sweet treats while celebrating the holiday.
