Raven was in foster care system for quite some time. After being removed from the only home she has ever known and moved around seven times, through no fault of her own, she has maintained her hope for the life she envisions. She aspires to become an anthropologist and is excited to take on her own life adventures.

Raven is currently taking a required college class at a campus three cities north of her usual location. She's working with a mentor to get a bus pass, but in the meantime, she needs help getting to and from class on Fridays. She’s really stressed about how she’ll get there each week, and an Uber gift card would make a big difference in easing that stress and helping her get to her class while she waits for her bus pass.
