Hovah has been in and out of Children's Services custody since her birth due to concerns about domestic violence between her parents. This instability has made it difficult for her to feel secure and establish a routine in any of her placements before being moved again, either to a new relative or back to her parents' care. Hovah loves to draw and paint, and she enjoys watching Disney Channel movies like *Descendants* and *Zombies*. She dreams of one day singing on stage!

Hovah is thrilled about dressing up for Halloween this year! She has her heart set on being a cute witch, and the dress she picked out is absolutely adorable! The purple highlights add the perfect touch, and she can’t wait to show it off at her school Halloween party!
