Amanda is a wonderful older sister who has tried hard to protect her younger brothers to the best of her ability. She experienced a lot of physical abuse while living with her parents and was removed from home recently to be in a safer placement. She is struggling to feel comfortable around new people and re-learn how to trust adults. She loves to draw and always feels happy when she is at school and with her teachers.

Amanda is adjusting well to her new school after moving to a new home due to physical abuse from her parents. She felt very nervous about starting fresh in a new environment. This year, she has decided to pack her own lunch instead of buying it, so having an insulated lunch box will be very helpful for her. She also loves the aqua color!
