An electric scooter for Elvis to get around more easily with pain in his leg

Elvis was in the Philadelphia foster care system for 11 years and transitioned to college to achieve his dreams and further his education. During his first year, Elvis was diagnosed with Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a condition in which the heart muscle becomes thick. Elvis likes to draw and paint, write song lyrics, and wants to learn tattooing. He is also fluent in sign language.
Elvis would greatly benefit from having an electric scooter to assist him in getting to class. After breaking his femur a few years ago, walking long distances can still be painful and exhausting for him. An electric scooter would not only provide him with greater independence but also reduce the strain on his body, allowing him to focus more fully on his education.
Kutztown University of Pennsylvania requests this wish for Elvis.
