Izzy is an amazing young person who has faced a lot of challenges and aged out of foster care after being in the system for about ten years. Despite everything she has been through, she is determined to build a better future and not be defined by her past. Izzy has set clear goals for herself, including earning her GED and finding steady employment. She is also working hard to adjust to independent living and the many new responsibilities that come with adulthood. Even though this transition has not been easy, Izzy continues to show strength, motivation, and resilience as she takes steps toward becoming a successful and self-sufficient young adult.

Izzy needs to connect her phone to a service plan to schedule appointments, answer calls from her employer, and stay in touch with her friends and family. Having recently started a job with varying hours, she sometimes needs to reach out to her loved ones for a ride. To help her get on her feet, Izzy is seeking assistance with purchasing a phone service plan.
