Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance has recently outgrown his clothes and needs new ones. His caregivers receive a small stipend to buy clothing for him, but it isn’t enough. They are seeking assistance to purchase warmer clothes for Torrance for the fall, so he can stay cozy and comfortable.
