Ciara is part of a transitional living program and enjoys working with her hands. She has experience working on a farm and is currently studying business at a local community college, with the goal of becoming her own boss one day. In addition to her studies, Ciara volunteers at the local Youth Center and Habitat for Humanity.

Ciara wishes to have her own e-bike to ride to work and appointments, rather than relying on others. She believes that having an e-bike would give her more independence and flexibility in her daily routine. Riding an e-bike would allow her to avoid the hassle of public transportation and the cost of fuel. Riding an e-bike would also enhance her physical health by providing regular exercise as part of her commute.
